Anyone know what Coral this is?

Can anyone recommend a camera that can take a better picture?!

Can't help with the ID, but any camera that has white balance, or getting editing software that will do the same, will help out a ton.

Do you have a different angle that shows more of the branches?

I have always just used Photoshop, if you have a Mac, you might be able to use Photos, or if you have a smart phone, just search for a photo editing software on your OS that has white balance.
