Well long story short. Went 5 days without light, Changed all bulbs, ran excessive gfo and gac ran skimmer in overdrive and did massive waterchanges. Got rid of cyano once and for all!! I was tired of playing games. Dont listen to people telling you bak is the way to go with cyano.
Anywho, A coral fell on my red haddoni as well, (SPS) I did not think about covering it when i turned my lights back on because it is in a area with no direct lighting.
Since then its slowly started doing weird things. The death deflate and inflate, Brown balls being expelled, and the nem is bleaching. Not bad but def a lot lighter.
It has eaten a few times and stopped deflating. I drastically reduced its light. It stopped feeding and is not sticky, Its about 1/3rd of its normal size, and its foot is no longer attatched to the bottom of the tank. Its now grabbed onto a rock. The tenticles look healthy and elongated somewhat. Mouth is tight.
I believe i caused a breakdown in its zoan algae and it was expelling it. It had gotten pretty dark and was almost looking brown. Now its hot pink and the base is white.
Any Advise what to do?
I believe its stabil now, But ****ed.
I lowered flow, keeping water clean and light low. Will keep trying to feed it since its bleached. (Mysis)

Just keep it feed, increase light, good water and hope for the best. There is really nothing else you can do.

Thanks, At least it has stopped deflating. I fed it just a couple minutes ago and it ate. I was feeding FW mysis and thawing it under scorching hot water the last few times to remove all the oils and such. Well this time i ran it under cold water and he ate it. It must have not thought it was food when i pretty much cooked it in prior feedings. Before that i used krill and ran it under luke warm to thaw it. Dunno what the deal was but glad it ate today. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The only thing I would add to the above, is slowly re-acclimatise it to your lighting as a precaution. If you have dimmable lighting then reduce it to 50% ( my rough rule of thumb). If not then the 2-3 layers of window screen method.
