Red haddoni stressed, need help.

Why would mt carpet display his mouth every day for a week now. I have had him for 6 months. He used to be under175 mh but I upgraded to 250, He was still fine. The only change I haave made is to upgrade ballast to icecap which may be stronger. If this was the case he would just move right. The anenome is approx1 foot under the bulb attached to a rock. Ammo-0,trite-0,trate-0. I cannot figunre this out. My temp 98-81. He still eats every other day.

I was running a e-ballast from aquamedic, it was much more blue.

possibly the fact that your boiling your tank?
98 degrees is very hot, thats hard on everything, I'm surprised the other tank mates aren't showing signs of stress.

I think that's a typo -- I imagine he meant 78-81F.
