This afternoon I noticed that my green blenny had red lips. It is eating normally and acting normal, but the cleaner shrimp and black occelaris clownfish seem interested in it.

What could this be?

Nitrate is 30 (can't ever get it lower than 20)
Nitrite 0
Amonia 20 (been doing water changes to lower it, It may be lower than this, I'm partially color blind and have trouble
reading the test kits)
PH 8.4
Calcium 460
Salinity 1.0245
temp. 82 F

The biggest bully I have is the clownfish
In the tank I also have:
2 anenomes, leather coral, kenya tree, mushrooms, 2 firefish, black ocellaris, 2 emrald crabs, hermit crabs, gorgonians, cleaner shrimp, sea erchin, cucumber and various zoos.

Here are some pics, he's quick and hard to photograph

after looking some more, it looks like it is obstructing half of the opening to its mouth, whatever it is....

didn't eat dinner, looked like it was trying, but this red thing is obstructing its mouth, i think i'm gonna try a freshwater dip.....but I haven't been to successful at catching him yet.....

Please chime in with some Ideas!!

Thanks!
