Selling 5 or so red discosoma mushrooms, they have some blue specs all over them which look pretty cool. $10-15 depending on piece. Will trade for other mushrooms/softies. Located in West Covina

I turned off all my pumps for a week to clean them out, and they fell off the rock on their own haha. But normally I would use a toothpick or something similar to nudge them off like a nem

You can also cut them at the base. It will leave a small piece which will grow into another mushroom.
