Red planet help

I put this red planet in the tank about a year ago. It was red and bushy looking when i got it. About a month after it lost its color and looks looked like it does now. I have a red hyacinth the same way. Most of my sps base good but never grow out. Rock solid parameters. I have a lot of sps. Nothing really dies. They just base and pale in color. I have a 6 bulb t5 teck light on 8hours. Here are some pics. The pink lemonade hasn't grown at all in over a year but has based.

Is why your sps are pale. I'm not sure about the no outgrowth. It might be your lights but I've never have that happen to me. Only sps that is not growing outwards for me is my Oregon Tort. But it is slowly gaining growth tips.

Yellow tang
Reef safe angel. Cant remember which one
Mandarin golby

Thought this might have been enough. If not what would be another good one to add?
