Toothman, that is a nice red planet. I have been told that I have a red planet but I thought mine was different.

Anyone thinks mine is a red planet?

Very nice tabling action! Can't wait for my little nub to look like this.

How long did it take to grow to this size? Lighting?

The large piece is 3 yrs old, the smaller came from when I remodeled the tank 2 yrs ago, it broke off by mistake. The smaller one was about 3 inches. So I would say the entire piece grows about 2 to 3 inches each year.

One fact the coral does best with massive flow, it can just be pounded with water and grow like crazy, certainly one of my favorite corals, wish I still had a nice pearl berry, another super coral.
