Red ruby scooter not eating

Is there any way to entice a scooter blenny to start eating copepods? I got one yesterday and it has stayed in one spot most of the day. Anything I can do or just let it be and hope for the best?

If you have pods for him to eat, he will eventually eat them. He is probably just a little scared in his new tank, give him a couple days

Mine took pellets the day after I got it. Sadly velvet wiped out my qt before I could do anything.

Lucky you that it took pellets. And man that sucks. Good thing it wasn't all your DT livestock though.
