I purchased the unit less than a month ago and I came home today to find it dead.

The AC adapter was hot. I unplugged and let it sit for an hour. Tried to plug it back in but no good.

Who should I contact?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear about your problem. If you want to call RedSea I believe their number is 1-888-RedSea-9. Do not quote me on that as I am at home right now, but if I recall correctly that is it. If not, I will look it up tomorrow once I am back in the office and let you know.

Thanks,
Jeremy

PS......if they do not get you taken care of please let me know as well!

I had the same problem. All I had to do was fax them a copy of my receipt and the shipped a new power supply the same day.
note: replacement was of a different brand than original.

Jason from PA sent me an email and told me to send the unit back and when they got it, they would ship me a new unit back.

Great customer service at PA and thats why I buy all my online products from them.
