Red Sea Recall!!!
If you have a Red Sea Calcium Pro Test Kit - it has been recalled.
This includes the Calcium Pro Test Kit, Calcium Pro Test refill and the Reef Foundation Pro test kit with Ca, KH, and Mg.
Bring it back to our store and we can get it replaced for you.
They had 1 batch go out that the B agent was bad and caused calcium readings to test 40 to 70 ppm higher then they actually are. It was only 1 batch but they have decided to recall them all just in case.
Once I get the official recall notice I will post it for you to read.
If you have one of these test kits please give me a call so I can get a count on how many I need to get replaced but I will need the kit here to get it replaced.

Faulty batch numbers (4 digits):
1993/2003/2013/2023/2033/2043/2053/2063
2073/2083/2093/2103/2113/2123/2133

So if you have any of these let me know and I can get you new reagents. They say it will be faster to get new reagents then wait for new test kits since it will take a while to replace all of the bad ones. You can go here and it will explain it better.

You can either fill out a claim there or let me know and I can get them for you as well. They will probably be faster but whatever is easiest for you.

There should be a link to contact customer support on their website. Just tell them your issue and your batch number and they should be able to help you out.
