Red slime help

Hi all. Had a couple of corals killed kff by red slime recently. 1 head of a 5 head torch and one small torch. About 6/8 weeks apart. No issues with the tank. Params are fine as far as i know. Will check again this eve. All my sps are growing really well, as are my other lps and softies. Any idea what could cause this?
