Red spot on fire goby

I just checked out my fish, and now I find a red spot on one side of my fire gobys head. Its the area between the head and gills. I posted a thread about my royal gramma having flukes. Did my fire goby get flukes too? I do not know what it is. I do not know when it started. But a hour ago, it wasnt there. The fire goby still is healthy and eating. here is a picture to help. The amonia is 0. And I will be doing a water change very soon. I am treating with hyposalinity, but it has been like that for a while. I won:t be able to treat the fish immediatley becuase I will be gone camping for 4 days staring tomorrow.

After maybe 30 min, I came back, and all of a sudden it is gone. I think this might of happened to me once before. That was weird. still I have no idea what it was.
