Red spots need possible ID

I'll post an updated pic when I get a second

The spots are spreading but don't seem to be affected by my touch, it almost seems like its part of the rock....but now I have lime green splotches accompanied it.

I should also add....nothing visible on my sand bed as of now but the coloration has even spread to a few smaller rubble rocks I have in there too.
