Red spotted blenny not eating

How long have you had him? It might just take some time for it to adjust, especially if it isn't used to eating prepared foods. It could also be picking at algae within your tank.

what are water parameters?
did you QT?
does it have a secure place to hide?
any fish bothering it?
are lights on? (dim them)

try some live adult brine shrimp, soaked in Selcon or vitamins if you have them - it may get him started eating, even though BS are not very nutritious

Where'd you get yours? I want one so bad, can't seem to find one.

I bought mine in Reefconcept (Montreal) but there's one in liveaquaria -Colector's corner :D

I bought him yesterday.
Today he came out of his cave and tried some mysis, hopefully he'll get used to it. There's 0 algae in my tank tho :worried:
