Red Stripe Angelfish

Friday evening, I recently introduced a Red Stripe Dwarf Angelfish into my tank. It has come out briefly from the 150 lbs of live rock although it did not show up for its first tank dinner or freeze dried mysis and bring shrimp, Sea Veggies, and cutup red and green seaweed soaked in Selcon and tank water.

im assuming you mean the Centropyge eibli? if so i would just give it some time to adjust. i think they will generally adapt pretty well to aquarium life. provide it with plenty of nori and give it pe mysis and it should start eating w/in a few days.

I apologize for the confusion. Now I have to check out the other fish referred to. I have the Centropyge eibli which I think is one of the nicer colored dwarfs (personal preference) although I also have a 3 1/2" Regal and Blue Girdled angel, and a 2" Larmark angel. The Centropyge eibli is around 2 1/2" to 3".

It went into hiding since Friday evening although I have a five foot tank with 150 pounds of live rock which alows a smaller fish to go unseen from one end of the tank to the other.

Paracentropyge boylei. Alright, I get it. I would have to win a very large mega lottery and employ a full time fish Veterinarian to manage my new brand new Paracentropyge boylei species tank. All joking aside, my dwarf did make a brief early morning swim in the open on Saturday. Since then I have seen neither hide nor hair or it.
