I'm really surprised to see those turn up. Are they in your tank or at a LFS? Anyway, they're Cuapetes kororensis, AKA popcorn shrimp because of the white head. In the wild they live in Heliofungia actiniformis & are rarely photographed with more than the head showing. It's abnormal for them to be out of the coral.
The original name was Periclimenes kororensis, then it was changed to Kemponia kororensis, and finally to Cuapetes kororensis. Most info on the web is still under Periclimenes.
