Red worm perhaps?

I've got some red spots on my Alveopora coral I picked up a month ago.
Anyone know what they are?
If they feed on the Alveopora flesh?
What methods are perfered to get rid of the pest?

I had to take the pictures at night when the alvepora was constricted so the lighting isnt the best.

If those red/pinkish growths are hard, there most likely foraminiferans. (harmless)
