red worm with two bright red tentacles

yet another worm this one i can only see a quarter of an inch of its head that is quite thin and is red and it has two tentacles which are also about quarter of an inch long and bright red.

i have done quite a lot of searching but to no avail and hope one of you guys would know. i would get a pic but my camera will not focus and the pics are that poor you cant even see the thing lol
