reddish-orange blotches on yellow tang??

My yellow tang is currently in hypo QT for ich and developed some reddish-orange blotches on her sides. Any ideas as to what this could be and/or how to treat it? Thanks!!

The fish have been in hyposalinity treatment for just over 2 weeks. We've been doing water change outs every 2-3 days, maybe that's not enough? I see by my lastest test results posted below that we need to do another one. Sorry, I can't put up a picture until my other half gets home. Any ideas on what could be the reddish-orange blotches?

My water parameters are:

usually from wat your describing the red blotches are post secondary bacterial infections wich are usually caused by open wounds and sores that an exsiting condition as say ick caused and those the open wound was infected when ever a fish has an open sore or wound its not advised to do any fw dips or even hypo as it can make conditions on the sores and wounds worsen i would bring salinity back to normal and dose copper along with an anti bacterial remedy such as maracyn2
