-90 sump(2/3s fuge), 2-Hyperflow32s(1920gph)powering 3 surges and some constant flow via loc-line, 360ish pounds of rock and the biggest thing that probably does it for me is I don't feed alot. 2-3 times a week lately...
 
Rod's food is a GREAT product, I've been using is for over a year and EVERYTHING loves the stuff. As i've stated time and time again, the inverts go NUTS, the fish...ALL THE FISH....now eat from my hands...a lot of the corals seem to grab some pieces of food.
There is also a reason why Rod's is pricier, and that is due to the ingredients. Rod uses some top quality ingredients that probably aren't found in others. His food is also prepared with GREAT care, he actually has differant stages of making the food, some ingredients are added at certain times while some ingredients soak and all mixed at the right time. I'm not saying that other foods are bad for your tank, but I believe Rod's food is a great price for a top quality product.
It lasts a long time, i feed about a quater sized chunk of food almost daily and my fish are fat and happy, my corals are happy, and I am happy ;)

Oh yeah. My wife and I get every one of them. I have a Martial arts and wrestling background so this stuff is in my blood so to speak. I love it.

Jack and I stay up all night watching ;)
 
Ever watch now defunct PRIDE FC? Rumored interim HW bout is Nogueira vs Sylvia. Then we have Liddell vs Silva. Its gonna be good!

One PPV we should get a bunch of people together to watch it.
 
Rod's food, exceptional stuff...... Except for the hat in every bag.

There is one serious problem with Rod's food though. It turns your cleanup crew into monsters.

BTW, I have the worlds largest emerald crab. Thinking about having him for christmas dinner. Scoops like shovels.

I try to watch them all yes. We should have a get together and watch one. Anxious to see the Liddel and Silva fight for sure. Would have been nice to see Hughes beat the crap out of Serra, but Serra is hurt so GSP is taking his spot now.

I knew Matt and his brother Marc back in highschool when I wrestled. We used to go to a lot of the tournaments during the summer. He was just as competitive then as he is now.

Think Matt can pull it out? I fear for him, that its going to be a repeat of the last meeting. I think GSP just has his number.

I kinda want to see GSP beat the pee our of Serra first!
 
Would love to see GSP kick Serra's A**. As for hughes, I don't think his head was fully into the match for the first time ever. Maybe he took him lightly. Not like Matt to do that, but you never know. Maybe he is burnt out on it. He did mention that he only had a few matches left on either this or the last Ultimate fighter. Hard to say. Hopefully the matt we all know shows up this time.

I order every one of them and DVR them. I am in a 2 bedroom apt. but I know my wife would not mind some people over for it. I would need to make sure we do not have plans of course, but it should be clear.

It's the 29th I believe.
