Seen that gas station mini mart on cnn selling 4 dollar a case wall mart water for 13 dollars

that is a store I would never step foot in again if I lived in that area, that takes a sorry place to take advantage of people like that

I'm strongly considering ordering a hot air soldering station, I have a fine station but it's still too big for me with some of this SMD stuff, I did manage to get my PCF8575 soldered up successfully with it though

I've used one of those when I used to work at the electronic assemblies some years ago. Those thing are nice but my pocket is not deep enough yet and I need some place to hide it from my wife if I'm going to get it :lol2:

just got the box in the mail it was worth the wait most definitely worth it. Marc all the boards look great you did a really good job on making them specially the nutshell. can't wait to get these all put together and start using your going to have to teach me how to make some simple stuff when you have time

almost had all the boards done from marspeed and was soldering in he icsp in the middle of the board let the iron rest a little low and melted the double row header now I get the joy of taking it off and putting a new one on it joy is me

Excellent, board arrived and RP Mosfets on order just need to figure out if I have enough 3.5mm terminal block without a re-fleabay order. certainly can get two boards running but will use a pre-build DS1307 compatible clock (DS3231) as that is Henning library compatible and I have them handy.

How is the pH stamp tx and rx wired to the mega. Cant seam to get a read?

The pins are: 14, 15, 5V and GND;

Notice that TX goes to RX and RX to TX.

do you know if I need to use all 4 pins on the Mini Push Button Switch smd I believe that is the reset button right? can I just solder 2 wires on to a couple pads and just mount a push button on the side of my case make it a lot easier to reset.

You could use a puush button or wire one to the reset screw terminal and don't forget that jumper wire on the back of the board you could just leave the switch out I did
