Reducing juvenile aggression

well there are actually several reasons to NOT use it,

1st at night it consumes O2
2nd it kinda is clumpy not the greatest shape which means you have to mess with it
3rd you do have to have light over the tank
4th plastic is soooo much easier to bleach

Edgar,
Those are a pretty cheap way to do it.
When I get small batches like that for whatever reason, I usually combine small like sized lots or scrunch them to the back. I've heard 10 per gallon is about the best ratio, helps spread the hate around.

So what is the best ratio? Is 10 per gallon a minimum or maximum? I've got more than 100 in one of my 10 gallons, and I wasn't planning on moving them....

From what I recall, 10 per is ideal when factoring in water quality management issues, but more is not out of the question. Personal husbandry techniques would be a limitiing factor. I'm a lazy SOB, therefore 10 per workd for me, somwonw with more time or drive may find 15 works for them as a maximum.
