reeef setup question

I am currently setting up a new 29 gallon tank to be a reef system. I will be using any where between 30 and 60 lbs of live rock and about 40 lbs of live sand. I will have a sump with a skimmer and possibly will add a baffle in there to make a spot for the fuge. My questions are:

1. What type of lighting would be good to keep mostly soft corals and possibly a BTA?

2. What would be a good amount of flow in the tank to to keep everything healthy?

BTA is going to need strong light-- MH or t5 is best, a few VHO flourescents can work on very shallow tanks.

A couple of Koralia 2s on opposite ends of the tank should provide adequate flow.

I was leaning towards going with T5s because everything ive read so far about them is great and they work for most corals in the samller tanks.

I like my T5s, and a good set with individual reflectors should work just fine for a BTA in a well established tank. Despite what anyone (usually LFS owners/workers) may tell you, though, anemones are not for beginners. Some people get lucky, but these are very delicate creatures that suffer pretty horrid survival rates in the tanks of people not used to keeping animals (like corals) with similar demands.
