:wavehand:
I have a little time before my trip to Bangkok where I'm going to visit my friend Chingchai who has got the best tank I have ever seen. The pictures of his tank doesn't show the real beauty of it, you have to see it live.
About my tank...what can I say... not much has happened. I have all the equipment, some fish and few SPS corals. I put the corals just to see how they are doing before I order a lot more.
For about a month and a half my tank was full of cyanobacteria which now seems to be disappearing.
I have also kept the lights off for almost a month and some corals have grown only with natural light. I think the solar light was the best investment I've made for this tank. In the future I'm thinking on buying some LED lamps to point them in specific directions.
Not much equipment:
Skimmer
Calcium Reactor
3 Media reactors
250 Gallon Refugium
Profilux computer
200 Gallon tank for water change
1 osmosis unit
9 tunze pumps 6305
Light:
5 400 W Large reflectors
3 Solatubes
Some LED in the future
