Reef/Aquarium/My fish Picts

lol hormigaquatica. I agree completely. there is something about vivariums and aquariums that go hand in hand. Perhaps our fascination of keeping exotic life in glass boxes.

hey forddna... I acutally havent postedn on a plant forum before. which one is a good one to go to. I find I can grow Amazons sporadically but my anubias grow like weeds! I started with 4 small ones and now have around 15 larger ones that constantly flower.

lol Thanks Demonic. Its a Pentax k10D . There is a newer Pentax k20D which is probably much better. The k10d is 10.2 mgpxls weather proof for rain and snow. It came with the standard 18-55 kit lens and then a special 70-300mm telephoto macro lens. The telephoto lens tends to produce the better photos>> macro photos of frogs and fish were made with this lens. i hope that helps!

Incredible pictures. I would like to know more about the camera. What kind of photography skills does one need to take pictures as good as yours with the same camera?

lol. We personally before my mom purchased the camera for me in November I had no previous experience AT ALL with serious photography other than the average use of the point shoot camera. I will say, from what I gather, that the lenses impact the quality of the photos tremendously. But any higher end DLSR from Pentax, Canon, or Nikon will provide you with amazing photos. I have never taken any photography classes either but I learned some of the basics from online tutorials and just playing around. Most of the time Im just having fun and playing with all of the settings. Cameras are getting better and cheaper so have hope and just keep playing around!
