I need to come back.
My old tank was a 75G with deep sand, reef devil, dripped kalk, VHO tubes, dimmer, wave machine... I loved it and it did well. (besides that bought with flatworms and that pesky mantis shrimp). I took Ron Shimeks invert course which was a hoot and I had a very nice, stable and thriving reef. I eventually donated the entire thing to a university after giving all the fish and inverts away to local reefers. (I still have all my books!) I just didnt have the time to do it anymore.
I tore that reef tank down... oh probably about 10 years ago. (sniff)
I miss it, and I am seriously considering some kind of Nano or Pico setup... something small. I just saw some sort of crazy-small 3G setup in the nano forum... and I'll be looking very closely at that thread.. though I think 3G might be a bit too small.
I searched around for my old user id... I think the account is tied to a long ago defunct emaill address, so I thought I would just start up a new profile. I will however miss the 'reef central supporter' and 'premium member' icons... status and all that. laugh.
