I have ordered from them three times. No issues twice as a matter of fact they always give me more than I ordered on snail packages. The one time I ordered an extra pack of pods and it was missing from my order. I emailed them and they sent it out the next day. So overall they are awesome. I have found I tend to order smaller packages than what they recommend for my tank size just my preference.

My first order arrived almost all dead but that was because it was delivered to wrong address. Second order I asked for a shipment in a Thursday and wanted delivery in friday and he forgot to ship anything Thursday so I cancelled the order. Nice guy and all and he tries to make things right but it just seems pretty disfunctional to me. I'll just buy local and pay more from now on since I'll at least get what I want when I want.

Really great vendor with awesome prices and poor counting skills. If you order one of the packs, pick a package for a smaller tank size. And follow their acclimation advice.

Used them once, I have mixed feelings. I ordered a snail only CUC, got more then I asked for including hermits. Which killed a ton of snails. I will use them again but will QT the order to separate what I didn't want... It's kind of a pain but the price is good.

Would this be a good starting crew for a biocube 29?
Just to make sure everything is good. Tank has been cycled for@1 week.
Also there is at least 3 live a. pods in the tank cause that's how many I've seen at once. I will be getting a ball chaeto also.
