Anyone want to trade for some Frankensnails?
Maybe the'll fit in my tanks. I was thinking of getting a couple for my sump and QT. Think frankenstnail would get along with frankenhermit?

*A note from Victor*

Dear Fellow Reefers,

I would like to thank you for the past two years of support. During this time we have met a great number of you, which I would like to call friends. I hope that during the time we've been here, our contributions to the hobby were helpful.

After 2 years of this business I have decided to move on and visit some of the reefs around the world that we receive our items from. With that being said, I would like to introduce you to the new owner, Frank Nichols. After spending a few months with Frank I found him to be a very motivated person that will strive to provide the best possible service to you guys and maintain the prices and relationships we currently have with everyone. As you can see with the new site, Frank is striving to bring new and exciting ideas into the business. Please welcome him aboard. Expect great things to come within the next couple of months.

Michael and I would once again like to thank you, and hope to see you guys in the near future.

Victor

*End note* (Thanks Victor for the kind words!)

Hello fellow reefers!

We've just finished putting all of the corals into our display tanks from our latest shipment. The selection is immense! There are plenty of unique pieces available for you to see and take to their new homes. I'm extremely excited about the store and hope to make it an enjoyable and fun experience for every one of you.

As an introductory offer and to give me an opportunity to meet all of Victor's friends this weekend, I put together a special "weekend special". Anyone who brings in a printout of this email will get $20 off any purchase of coral totaling over $150 (before tax) this weekend! (You must have a copy of this email - even if it's forwarded to you from someone else.) This offer is valid this weekend only - 6/12/04 and 6/13/04 (Limit: one discount per customer). That includes online orders from www.reefcollection.com for you guys who cannot make it in - just prove you got a copy of the email!

And if that isn't enough to get you going, sign up and bring in a printout from the forum for an additional $5 off any purchase over $75. Again, that offer is good this weekend only and limited to one use. Yes, I'm trying to get people to use the forum - hopefully this is a fun way of doing so.

We'll be updating the web site with all the new coral (and fish!) late Saturday night. Sorry it hasn't been updated for a few days - the transition took a lot of time and effort which kept me from updating.

Frank

ReefCollection and OC Fish and Coral Center in Costa Mesa seem to have gone out of business. I drove by and the people were packing up the store and moving out. Anyone know what happened?

Frank from Fish 2000 died a few years ago.

I received a Coral and Fish Center promo email from Frank Nichols on August 30, just 3 months ago. So you are probably talking about another Frank. It's good if we also use the last names.

Frank @ fish 2000 did die a few years ago...i spoke to his daughter about it when it happened...they were there at the store getting ready to put it up for sale...

Thanks for the info but it doesn't seem like we are talking about the same person or the same business. Are we? I am talking about Coral and Fish Center which was, until very recently, located in Costa Mesa one block from the South Coast Plaza shopping mall. The owner of that store was Frank Nichols. What is the last name of the Frank who passed away? What is Fish2000? I am not sure how Fish2000 is connected with ReefCollection or Coral and Fish Center.
