Reef Crystals Calcium Level

What is the Calcium level compared to Instant Ocean? Also is it just ok to switch right over from Instant Ocean to Reef Crystals?

around 20ppm higher. It is not uncommon to experience algae blooms when changing salts for some reason. I change around between the 2 depending on prices. I have never had any problems just switching over.
