Reef Crystals expiration?

I have unopened bags of Reef Crystals from 2011. Would these still be good?

Are they solid as a rock or still pliable so to say? If it's the latter I would still use them.

If it's not hard as a rock. Even if it was hard I'll still use it. The params might be off a bit

They're hard but if I bang them they crumble.

I wouldn't be afraid to use it. Just check the usual parameters before using(ALK, CAL, MAG, SG)

I actually emailed the company that makes reef crystals and asked them this question.
They said if sealed, it did not have a shelf life.
In other words, indefinitely.
