We'll just checked my tank to find no lights on, no heaters on, no nothing. Dead display and no power to anything
I hate this piece of junk. I should have tossed it in the garbage the first month I had it.

I've never owned an RK2 before, but I know their reputation. I don't think I'd ever buy something from that company after what I've heard. I'd go with the ACJr for something around the same price. Much more reliable and more functionality.

Toss it my way, I've had one for almost two years with no problems. Have you contacted D.A. for assistance? Maybe you got a lemon? I would try their customer service for help b-4 you bail on them.

Long history trying to deal with them. I'd rather take a loss then use there products or support ever again.

With such a large volume of water, the temp only dropped 1 degree so no issues with the tank, I have the heaters plugged in now and the MH turned on.
Only thing dead is the controller which was the weak link in the system

Oh that's good, or a least better than what I thought had happened. Yeah, I'd toss it. There's no sense in keeping something that holds the fate of your tank in its hands when it is an unreliable piece of junk.

This is a reef keeper2, no dc8 with it thats another company. You can't just link there power strips together you can add on but just another 4 or 2.

Scott only took a Saturday afternoon to set his AC3 up....would have taken less time if he had printed out the instructions and didn't have to run up and downstairs a million times....but since your system is all on one floor and you've already programmed a similar system and already know where you want things to be it shouldn't take half that time
