Is part 3 of balling method 1-3. It maintains mineral level in aquarium. Component 3 contain potassium or mix mineral salt and component strong

It's a balling method only. What do you want to obtain by dosing mineral salt only?

Mineral salt is so important to add because it keeps the mixed water in balance
from when you add the calcium chloride and sodium bicarb it will make a unbalanced sodium chloride by adding the mineral salt it will balance out the sodium chloride and because it is now balanced there won't be any ionic problems.
