Reef Octopus classic 152s

Your thoughts on a Reef Octopus classic 152 s as opposed to the aquamaxx co1. My main concern would be dialing it in. Total water volume it would be 100 gallons heavy load. Or any other recommendations in a 300 and under range. 7" sump level.

I would choose the RO 152 over the AquaMaxx - just don't think the AM is large enough for 100g of heavy bioload. The other option under $300 that comes to mind is the Bubble Magus Curve 7 - their depth recommendations are too deep, and would work well around 7" IMO. I am sure there are a couple of others that would work, but under $300 limits the choices...

Will look into the curve 7. I think the recommended depth is why I wasn't considering it. Thanks for the input I'll check it out
