Reef Octopus Regal 200 External 8” Recirculating Protein Skimmer Footprint.

Does anyone on the forum own a Reef Octopus Regal 200 External 8" Recirculating Protein Skimmer? I am interested in running one on my new WaterBox 190.5 and I have some question about the overall footprint it uses. The website states that the overall footprint is 15.7" x 13.6". Is that Taking into accommodation the secondary feed pump or not? Also if I don't position this inside the sump (16" x 19" chamber). Then will I have to position it higher then the sump to allow the exiting water a way to flow out naturally without any restrictions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just ordered one and have the same question. My sump is 18 x 20 so im not worried but to answer your question. No those measurements DONT include the feed pump. But get clever and use a flexible hose to keep it close to the skimmer.
