I see nothing special about it, appears to be your typical 2 part dosing solution, that you can easily make yourself

This Thread was intended for people who use 2 - part solutions, or who are interested in trying something new.
My understanding was that it is a more concentrated formula than most and that you can add in smaller quantities to achieve the same effect as large quantities. I used it and I liked the results so I e-mailed the company to tell them of the results and they offered to send FREE samples upon request to fellow reefers.
Perhaps it's nothing special, but I figure at the cost of FREE, why not?

A good two-part doesn't just contain calcium and carbonate found in equal ratios. Your right, anyone can come up with that. The trick is making a supplement that has the balanced strontium and magnesium levels, as well, which must be used sparingly such that no buildup in the aquarium occurs. Strontium is considered toxic in concentrations far less than Calcium, so one has to be very careful that the dosage is proportionate with the uptake levels of inhabitants. If not balanced correctly, one can be left with seriously screwed up water chemistry that results in algae problems, stressed corals, pinching clams, and disequilibrated microbial populations.
