reef radiance LED

Actually I have two reef radiance LED's on my 93. http://reefradiance.com/evergrow-it2040.html Ive had them on my tank for 6 months now and so far so good. Colors pop, great par and tremendous growth in both SPS and LPS corals. In my opinion the it2040's are the best that they offer. Reef Breeders has a similar model. I bought them on a black friday deal. For $500 I got two lights, 3 year warranty, free shipping and the http://reefradiance.com/dm-5e.htmlfor free as well. I have the DM-5e in my 35 gallon sump and cheato is abundant. For the reefers that have been to my house (as Drewquan has) can concur the lights look and make my tank look great.

Gunners tank and lights do look good. He is the reason I looked into the brand of lights in the first place. I am looking into the cheaper DM165 trying to find the major difference between the ever grow and the light I posted. With so many LED lights out there at many different price points it can get confusing. It looks like the difference may just be in the control options. The lights may be about the same.Gunner what's your take on the DM165?
 
I think both lights are extremely similar. I went with the IT40's because it was the perfect measurements to put two above my cube. I like the internal touch LCD keypad the remote control.
 
Well, my reefradiance lights still haven't showed up. Almost three weeks now. Hasn't even been sent out either. I left numerous phone messages and emails with no response. Wouldn't suggest going with them. They don't answer my phone calls. They were quick to answer my calls and answer questions before i bought.
 
I bought a nano from them several weeks ago for my frag tank. It took about two weeks to get mine. It is a good light for the money spent,but they do take a long time to ship.

I am a very happy and satisfied customer who has been running the Reef Radiance LumenTek Pro180 now for 5 months. My corals are doing wonderful! I've had nothing but excellent customer service from Rick and all staff at RR.
Generally people try and work out any issues in a professional manner before they go posting negative comments. I understand you are up set but please find out what the hold up is first ok. Sometimes things happen that are beyond anyone's control.

It sounds like he tried working it out in a professional manner. He made multiple attempts to contact via email and phone. He is the customer. Customer service happens before, during, and after the sale. It sounds like they are failing on their customer service end. Regardless of what the hold up is they owe him communication at the very least.

Ordered lights and its been 1.5 months. Buyer beware. After asking for a status several times with I assume is the owner for a status on the lights and then email from charles the supervisor weeks later asking if I want to keep with my order. Are you kidding me. Everyoone was CCd on my email. Why is there any incling that I dont want it. After the volleys back and forth rick has refunded my money without me asking for my money back the second time. If you cant properly communicate with your employees or customers you shouldnt be in business.


This company is not registered in bbb also does not have a phone number or where they are located. If you want cheap and terrible service then go with them. If you want made in america and awesome service get AI.
