For what it's worth, one of my 6"-ish leathers has grown about an inch in the past 2 weeks - quite a bit more than its 'normal' growth. Happened to trim some macro in the area about the same time I started adding Reef Roids, so I'm not sure if it's the increased light / space or the Roids, but they're certainly happier now than they were ...
