reef safe dwarf angels

coral beauties are almost always a good bet. I also had a very well behaved flame angel but I've heard of others who had problems.

There aren't any that are reliably reef-safe, as far as I recall. The flame angels can be rather destructive sometimes. If you want to keep a reef, I'd say skip the dwarf angels. Scott Michael reports the Resplendent, African Flameback, Caribbean Flameback, and Cherub as less risky than most , though.

I believe you will find both success and failure stories concerning dwarf angels. I intend to go with a flame angel but am prepared to return to the LFS if it turns out to be destructive. I have found no 100% reef safe dwarf angles in the research I have done.

my coral beauty will nip at a LPS or two. but he doesnt really do any damage to them. but there isnt a 100% guaranteed dwarf angels. its just part of the hobby, your going to lose some things along the way. and there arent to many creatures that are truely 100% reef safe.
