Reef-safe epoxy or glue

I'm trying to build a little DIY gravity-fed ATO. My reservoir is a small plastic trash can, and I'm trying to seal an acrylic sheet over the top. Unfortunately, aquarium silicone sealer won't stick to the trash can. I would use regular krazy-glue, but it's too runny to achieve the seal I need.

Does anyone know of any epoxy or gel-based super glue that is reef-safe?

I just bought some glue from marine depot in the maintenance section under propagation tools. Its a little pricey at $9 or 11 + Accelerator if you want it to dry faster but it works good and fast, dry in 10 - 20 seconds.

D&D epoxy, best imo for coral.

edit - For what you're doing, not sure.
