i need a tube of silicone to do my sump baffles, i have used the DAP screeze tubes but i really want to find the big tubes meant for the silicone guns. if you could tell me where i can find that.

Just make sure it is 100% Silicone with no Additives or Mold inhibitors I think is what I mean? But they have what you need.

I got a few tubes of black from glass cages. it reads Dow Corning RTV sealant #732 multi-purpose sealant.

i have heard that GE type I will work but im worry i get some type that has a chemical in it that will cause problems.

GE Type I is what you need and can be purchased at Wal Mart and most other places. Type II you will recognize because it will say right on the package that it has mold inhibitors. Type I will just say its silicone. Make sure you let it cure for 24 hours before putting any water in it.
