Reef stocking suggestions

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting so bare with me!

I recently had a disaster with one of my tanks. Not only did I fall off my step ladder and dislocate my shoulder trying to save my fish from a (still unknown) disease. I'm 90% sure it was oodinium. But I also lost my prized fish; a flame angel, a potters angel, a coral beauty, a tomini tang, a kole eye tang, a purple tang, a yellow tang, a gem tang and my foxface.

I managed to save all of the smaller fish with the help of my amazing LFS.

So for the time being, while I am quarantining ting the remaining fish before I put them back in the (fully established) reef tank I had to tear apart.
I have turned my attention to my RedSea XXL 750. It is currently cycling and I have no idea how to narrow down the fish I want to put in.

So maybe you guys could post your dream stocking if it was your reef tank and give me some ideas?
To be honest I tend to keep my tanks slightly overstocked (nothing crazy, I keep a close eye on my water parameters and do lots of water changes)

Thanks for listening to my rambles!

I shoot for a variety. I'm a fan of hardy fish and haven't had success with angels (had 3, lost 3). With that being said I like fish for bottom, middle, and top so the DT always looks full and busy.
