Reef tank algae problem

Hi my reef is 3 month old.
Today I measure nitrates they are 0, and phosfates 0( salifert test i think phosfate test is not accurate)

Last 3-4 days I have algae problem.
On glass I have dust green algae, and on rock I don't know what type of algae is this (please tell me if this is from green algae, diatom, or some other type os algae).
1 week ago im my reef i have diatom algae , but now I don't see it.

Yesterday I made 10% water change. I cleaned all glass and equipment, but as you can see algae today is on my glass and rock again.
I clean my class with magnet, but after several hours algae is on my glass again.

I run my led lights 8 hours white and 10 hours blue light.

Please give me some advice about this problem.

Welcome to a new tank..
That is totally normal and will pass as the tank matures and you keep nitrates/phosphates low..

In general you will always accumulate film algae on the glass and some here and there..

it takes a looooong time for a tank to self balance, the film algae should subside over time. i only clean my glass once a month, it gets dirtier on the outside tx to my 2yr old ; )
As for the phosphate test unless your running high you probably wont see much reading the rest will be locked up in the growth on your rocks.. keep doing what your doin and keep input low and it should all keep itself under control over time.
Few questions...
how big is your system?
whats your stock? what are you feeding? and what methods of removal are you currently running?

My system is 55 gallon.
Currently I have one clown fish and one small yellow tang. One fire shrimp and three hermit crabs.

I'm using aquarium magnet for cleaning glass as well as scalpel tool.
I have hunze 9004 skimmer.

Also in filter I have ~100grams phosfate remover and ~100 carbon in sock. Phosphate remover is 2 months old, should I change it now?

Your tank is waaaaaaaayyyy to small for that tang.

GFO(at least thats what I'm going to assume your using), should be changed out at the very least monthly. The best way to see if it needs to be changed is to test the output of the reactor. When I was having algae problems, I was changing GFO out weekly.

My tank is almost a year old and I've run through the gamut of algae. I'm still battling green hair algae and bubble algae is showing up. On the plus side my tail spot blenny likes to peck at the film algae on the glass so I have a nice large film with millions of clear circular spots lol. My point is, it's all normal, be patient, keep up with your maintenance and it'll go a way for a while then show back up again. It's all a part of the reefing life.
