To participate in our group buy all you have to do is:

1. Place an order at ReefCleaners.org before Monday, November 7. Pay for the order separately.

2. Choose the free "Group Buy" shipping option.

3. Leave a note in the comments field before submitting the order to let us know which you group you belong too. GROUP NAME: NewMACS

4. The order will be shipped on Wednesday, November 9, orders should be placed by 11:59pm on Monday, November 7.

5. If you order a species that must be in your tank by noon, plan to arrive early so you can get it in your tank by that time. Species will not last longer in packing b/c they were shipped in a group buy.

The orders will be labeled by name, and pre-sorted by Reef Cleaners so you just have to pick it up. PM me after you order for the location and the pick up information. Please try to arrange a pickup within a reasonable time after arrival, I will post here when the orders arrive, please subscribe to this thread. If you have questions about the pick up please direct them to me, all other questions about livestock and your specific order should be directed to ReefCleaners.org.
 
The order will arrive on Thursday, November 10. I will go to the airport and pick it up. It should be ready to go by 10:00am at my (non-fish related) shop. Please plan to pick up your orders no later than noon on that day.
 
what if ya cant pick up by noon? gotta work during the day just cant up n leave to go pick up order
 
Well, since that's the day I have a minion in my shop, I could either deliver them to you, or I could set up a holding tank of some sort, and let them hang out with me till that evening, just don't make me wait too late :)

Hey Doug, Billy is gonna pick my order up for me. My schedule outlook is hectic at best and unknown
 
no problem. I haven't heard from john yet about the total cost of our order... if we didn't hit the $250 minimum for free shipping it will be $28, so if I could get $9 from each of you, it would really help me offset the shipping cost. Just plan to bring it with you if you can.

The shop address is: 2836 Vassar Dr NE, 87107 about 2 blocks north of SWRC, one block south of Candelaria. My building is on the corner of Vassar and Los Arboles.

My cell phone number is 459-4560 if anyone gets lost or needs to make some other arrangements.

I am planning to go to the airport to pick up the critters, since delivery is horribly slow at my shop, so I am hoping to have them there by 10:00am

Got confirmation from John, the ordering is closed, being packed, and will ship tonight!

We didn't hit $250, so I sent him $28 for shipping. It looks like it's going to be 3 of us, so if you wanna chip in $9 towards shipping that would be great, if you can't swing that I'm not too worried about it right now.

I will be at the Airport at about 9:00am to pick up, and back to the shop by 9:30 I would guess. Feel free to call ahead, 459-4560. If you can't make it by noon let me know if you'd like me to hold anything in a bucket. I'll make up a small batch of water tonight for them just in case... if nothing else I'll go a 5gal water change in my DT with it.

I wouldn't hurry... the bags froze. I can't believe John didn't ship with heating packs :\ pretty irked right now.
 
John said send pics and he'll take care of it. I'm sure he will, he's a good guy, it's just a shame things had to go bad on our order, but I wouldn't wish it on someone else, so I guess we're stuck with it.
