Today is the cut off, I think you might be able to order still but it ends tonight.

The order should be at my house by 3 pm on Friday, So if you ordered and want to pick your stuff up at my house you can do so at around 4 pm untill 6ish because Im taking the rest of the stuff up to the meeting for everyone else to pick up.

I did however find it funny that we as a group pretty much sold them out. This is on there front page : "We are booked for this week, orders placed today will be shipped next Monday. Stock will be added throughout the week, as we make room by shipping out a few very large orders. "

Also, if some of you that ordered cant be at the meeting PLEASE set it up so that some one can pick up your order, I dont want your stuff to have to go in my tanks and then try to find it all later.

Most online stores are suspending shipping do to extreme cold weather. Did they stop this order? I would hope so, thursday and friday weather is to cold even for heat packs to work imo. Most heat packs die within 12 hours even the ones that say 24 hours on them don't last that long taped to the lid of a freezing cold box.

That's a good point on delaying the shipping because of the extreme cold.

I emailed them, they weren't aware of it being this cold and seems there going to ship anyways. I would guess 50% death or more in this cold if not a total wipe.

Too bad the truck drivers don't drive like me. I've made it from Akron to Cape Coral in a little over 12hrs, so Tallahassee would be about 10...

I am going to talk to him at some point this morning to figure out what we are going to do. I can pick this stuff up at CAK airport anytime on friday if he can ship it that way so that we can get it all done. He said that he can ship it today but he can also hold out on it.
I am worried about everything taking a crap but I am also worried about the fact that we have pretty much put his business on hold untill he shipps our order out.

I will figure it out and let you all know.

No on can tell the future, so the weather is just bad luck. I know you set this up so we could get it at the meeting, but if this has to be delayed till next week, so be it. it is easy for me because I'm in summit county and can make the trip to your place without to much problem. IMO, wait till next week.

They were going to be flying, but Like I said If he can ship threw an air port and I can pick the stuff up at the air port that way its not in a truck for a couple hours when it gets here we are looking at maybe 6 hours in transit. We might just have to wait till next week, but we are going to have to figure out how to get the stuff to the people that are 1+ hours away.

If it comes the way it was, he would have shipped it by 5pm today and I would have it by noon friday.... Dont know whats going on yet Im wating to hear back from him.

here is the e-mail that I got from John:

"Hi Bryan, some of the members in the group buy have asked if we are still shipping tomorrow because of the cold. I would have called, but I just found out I have everyone's number but yours. I am still on, but you let me know, the negatives are pretty cold for a group buy, simply because of the time in the truck, to the door, and back to the other person and in their car, etc... Up to you, I am good either way but let me know."

Ok, Just got off the phone with John.

He is going to ship out next week, so that we dont loose everyting.

He didnt relaize that it was this cold with the wind chill and all that so, Once we figure out what day stuff will be here I will set up so that Akron people can come pick up from me at my place and a time to meet the Cleveland people at the zoo for pick up.

Cleveland people when I set the time that Imma be at the zoo PLEASE if you cannot make it set it up so that some one can grab your stuff, I will sit there for an hour or so and it will prob be from arout 7 to 8 that day. And please feel free to bring me a duble shot Moca from starbucks
