how is the flow on this one? the only thing that i worry about, is that it is non stop flow... should i put a timer on the power head to give the coral a rest for a few hours at night?

Trottie, I never gave my sps a break. I had a lot of flow in the tank, the more the better. It actually makes them grow thicker and stronger with more flow.
