There was someone over on another site, that his wife poured Mr.Clean in his tank and killed everything (fish and coral), and she didn't do any time in jail for animal abuse.

Wow, from reading the article, I think you're all a bit harsh on the woman here. This dude broke into her house, attacked her, and then killed her fish in an extremely brutal and threatening way. So what if it's a $5 betta? It could have been a house plant that she particularly loved and it would have the same effect.

If this happened to you, wouldn't you be as vindictive as possible toward the guy? Asking for restitution for the tattoo is well within reason here, though I would probably take the tack of just suing the guy in civil court for mental anguish. She'd win for sure!

Did the guy press charges against his wife? Anyway, most people don't do jail time for animal abuse. Even Michael Vick didn't do much, and that was an egregious case.

LOL that's what I was thinking too!! Weird how the title of the thread is "Reefers be good to your wives/gf/etc.." I didn't see where the chick went wrong in all of it.:hmm3: ,unless I missed something lol! It's not like she went and broke into his house,punked him a few times then stabbed his fish!!! HAHAHA!! Maybe the title should have said "Reefer-chicks/wives/gf's...BEWARE of pyscho ex's!!" LOL!! That creep just couldn't let go.
