I have the reefkeeper 2 and recently purchased 2 BRS 1.1ml/minute dosing pumps for 2 part. My first pump I put in channel 6 on the multitimer and the second doser on channel 8. I have not had any issues with channel 8 working but channel 6 came on one night and according the the dispaly shut off at the appropriate time. However, when I looked at the pump it was still running. Any ideas on this, why was it still recieving power?

Outlets 1-3 and 5-7 are electronic switches, meaning they are not physical contact switches like outlets 4 and 8. (You will hear a slight click when these two engage, versus silence with the other six outlets).
Dosing pumps draw very little power, so when used with electronic relays, they sometimes don't shut off because their isn't enough power draw to change the outlet state (on/off). The solution would be to either make sure the pumps are on 4 and 8 respectively, or add something to the other outlet that will increase the power consumption/draw while it is on. Some people add a light bulb, which should increase the power consumption enough for the outlet to properly switch.
