Personally I get very offended when I am "blacklisted" from buying coral from anywhere. It only happened to me once,(fragglereef on ebay, It was my first time bidding and so i was not allowed to bid) But I can relate to this customer who felt wronged.

What happened to the customer is always right? Now it's we dont like you, go shop some where else? So your profiling your customers because their behavior fits a certain stereotype?

Hey Brandon, I hate to tell you this but I received some pretty crappy Paly's from you a few months ago. Maybe you should put a statement on your site. "The corals you receive may not look like they appear on our site". I have gotten stuff from many , many sites, Coral Fan, Reef Mad, Ultimate, Captive, R.science. Your 's dissappointed almost as much as AquaCON.
There alot of us addicts out here with $ to spend. We want the good stuff.

I actually got an order from them today. Based On the feedback i just saw I would not have ever ordered from them. I'm glad I saw it after the fact. I got a great order the packaging was equal or superior than any online livestock order i have received before. I thought the prices were fine. I got what "HOBBES'S " were selling at a substantial savings. I did stay away from the Jerry Garcia's as much as I really wanted to get some . Just figure they should get equal time for good service as well.

The order i placed went fine he even held it a few extra days so i could make sure i was at work to receive.
Honestly folks if i had someone that was calling me as many times as Brandon states he did i would cut my ties and run like hell as well.
Time zone change or not leave a voicemail and at least wait a couple of hours.
Sure i will admit my micromussa's looked nothing like the photos for about a month but they are starting to match up now.
my package was packaged perfectly he responded to my e-mails within 4 hours every time. you can not just blacklist a site because of one persons experience.
they have a couple of pieces i wouldn't mind having now and to be honest wouldn't think twice about ordering them.
also isn't;t this the wrong forum section?
No offense bro but sounds to me like you pestered the crap out of him.

Also the Mohawk paly was well worth the money and is growning very fast.
