Reeflex Cube HQI Ballast and Radiums

We would like to share a picture of Adam Derickson's Tank showing the combination of the Reeflex Cube 250W magnetic ballast[ and Radiums. This combination produce such great coloration without running any suplimental light.

+1...i use 2 of these for my 250watt radiums...perfect spec ballast for a perfect bulb!

My understanding is that there is some waste energy that comes from heat and some inefficiencies from whatever ballast you use. Foe example an electronic ballast may use 270 watts where as a magnetic may use over 300 watts. Just wondering what the spec is for this ballast.
