Reeflink Color Wheel

Anyone get the a green, green, green, yellow, green, yellow on their reeflink? Have that currently and can't make any changes.


Anyone have an idea what that means? Also why is ecotech so secretive about the meaning of the colors? Had a connection issue and told ecotech what the color combo was and whether there was a documentation about the meaning of the colors. I was told that there is not. Was a little confused becuase why ask about the color wheel if it doesn't really mean anything.

I talked to them today about other issues with the G3 and I was told they were getting ready to release a update tomorrow for the reef link. This may help your problem. Can't say I have had that color combo. "Knock on wood"

Thanks Bubblewood. I don't have any gen3's just 3 gen2's and a couple of MP40's.

It sounds as though the ReefLink needs to be power cycled. I would also recommend signing into EcoSmart Live and checking for a firmware update.
